These terms cover your use of backbrief.ai and anything you buy or download through it. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
The site
Content on this site is provided for information. It describes real products and real runs, but it is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Do not use the site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.
Products
The free Backbrief Kit is delivered by email after signup and comes with its own license file inside the download; that license governs how you may use and share it. Backbrief Business OS is a paid digital product licensed to you, the buyer, under the license included in the product. Prices and what each product contains are stated on their pages before you commit to anything.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by the checkout provider linked at purchase. Backbrief Business OS carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: reply to your purchase email and a human refunds you. If anything you bought does not work as described, email charles@charlesashe.ai and it will be made right.
No warranties, limited liability
The site and its products are provided as is. Results described on this site are real but specific to the projects involved, and your results will depend on your situation. To the maximum extent the law allows, total liability arising from the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA. If they change in a way that matters, the effective date above changes with it. Questions go to charles@charlesashe.ai.
