The policy
All sales are final.
Backbrief is a one-time digital download, delivered the moment you buy. Because delivery is immediate and the files are yours to keep, there are no change-of-mind refunds once the download link has been shown to you. The same is true of every product in the Backbrief line.
Before you buy
There is no free version and no trial. The product page says what Backbrief does, what it fetches, what it never does, and the price. The terms page summarizes the license; the full license ships inside the download, and it is the same text for every product in the line. Read those before you pay.
If something is actually wrong
A broken download, a link that never worked, files that do not match what the product page describes: write to contact@ashecorp.com from the address you bought with. A person replies within five business days and makes it right: a fix, a fresh copy, or a refund if neither of those puts it right.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have under the law of the country or state you live in, including any right to cancel a digital-content purchase before delivery begins. Where such a right applies, this policy does not override it.
This policy applies to purchases of Backbrief made on or after September 29, 2026. Purchases of earlier products keep the policy that was in force when they were made. The same policy is stated inside the product’s license file, so the copy you download says what this page says.
