If something is actually wrong

A broken download, a link that never arrived, files that do not match what the product page describes: reply to your purchase email and a human reads it. We fix it, resend it, or refund it where the product was genuinely faulty. If you can’t find the purchase email, write to charles@charlesashe.ai from the address you bought with.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have under the law of the country you live in, including any right to cancel a digital-content purchase before delivery begins. Where such a right applies, this policy does not override it.

This policy applies to purchases made on or after August 26, 2026. Earlier purchases keep the policy that was in force when they were made. The same policy is stated inside the product’s license file, so the copy you download says what this page says.
